Who we are

ESTEFAN Studio is a brand, website and content studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This website is estefanstudio.com. If you have any question about your personal data, write to us at e@estefanstudio.com.

What information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data:

Contact form: your name, email, brand name, industry, timeline, the services you’re interested in, budget range, how you found us and your message.
Brand Fitting bookings: when you book a call through Google Calendar, Google receives your name, email and the details you enter.
WhatsApp and email: if you write to us there, we receive your number or email and your message.
Website usage: pages visited, device and approximate location, through analytics cookies (only if you accept them).

How we use it

To answer your inquiry and prepare for your Brand Fitting.
To send you proposals and work with you if you become a client.
To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.

We never sell your information, and we don’t send newsletters unless you ask to receive them.

Cookies

The site uses a few essential cookies so it works properly (for example, to remember your language). With your consent, we also use analytics cookies from Google to see how the site is used. You can accept or refuse them in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time.

Services we use

To run this website and our business, some trusted providers process data on our behalf: Hostinger (hosting), Google (Calendar, Analytics, Translate and email), Elementor (website and forms), Meta (Instagram feed and WhatsApp) and LinkedIn. Each of them has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages for up to 2 years, and client project records for as long as the law requires. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, update or delete your personal data, or to stop using it. Just email e@estefanstudio.com and we’ll reply within 10 working days.

This policy follows Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR. In Argentina, the authority in charge is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), where you can also file a complaint.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
